Euraudio LEDS assembly instructions
Welcome to the Euraudio LEDS assembly instructions. The LEDS is an indicator LED board, which receives the LED drive signals from the Euraudio DPB and Euraudio PSS701/PSSR1/PSSR2S boards. A certain version of the DPB board contains the breakaway LEDS board as well.
If your DPB version doesn't contain the breakaway LEDS board, then please review the schematic below and make your own LEDS PCB.
Please read through these instructions before doing anything with the DiY kit.

What the LEDS DiY kit contains and what it contains not
The kit contains only the LEDS fiberglass-reinforced epoxy PCB.
The LEDS kit doesn't contain the light emitting diodes and the fastening screws, you must source them yourself.
Detailed help for assembling
There are places for 5 indicator LEDs in the LEDS PCB. They all must be 2 mA LEDs.
The longer leg of a LED is the anode, this should be connected to the round pad on the PCB. The shorter leg is the cathode, that connects to the rectangular pad on the PCB.
The top four LEDs, namely FAN, OCP, OTP, SP, are controlled from the J55 (LEDS) connector of the DPB board. The LED color can be red, orange, or yellow. The solder pads marked F, C, T, S, G on the LEDS board are identically marked F, C, T, S, G near the J55 (LEDS) connector of the DPB board. The top four LEDs are connected common cathode, so the common point, G of J55 is necessary for all of them.
The bottom LED, namely SSR, is controlled from the PSS701/PSSR1/PSSR2S. A is the anode, K is the cathode. LED color can be any, green is recommended.
The FAN LED is lighted when the fan is turned on. OCP, OTP, and SP LEDs are blinking when overcurrent protect, overtemperature protect, or speaker protect faults occur, respectively. The SSR LED is lighted when the solid state relay is switched on.
You can omit some or all of the LEDs, though connecting at least the OCP LED is highly recommended.
